I had almost forgotten about this little gem...

When I was about 19, I had the pleasure of working for a little coffee shop/ lunch bistro right on St. Anthony Main named the Aster Cafe. It has a quaint little courtyard- patio area off to the side of it that would be great for a ceremony... the catch? I can almost guarantee it will not be enough space to hold all of our guests. But that doesn't mean it's not worth a shot! Stay Positive!

  1. What an awsome venue, considering the history behind it and location! Just a little scary with the weather... Isn't there an event center right next door, above Tuggs? How cool to get married in the little church and then just walk across the street for pics and the reception!

  2. Yep, there is an event center there... upper and lower. Exposed brick and wooden pillars. Floor to celing windows with breathtaking views of the stone arch bridge and skyline. More your taste then his, I think. 7,500 with their caterer. Check it out.

  3. Yes, St. Anthony Main Event Centre. May be a bit pricey, but I'm looking into it already. I'd like to have an offsite catering company rather than one I'm forced to use.
